Hot White Chocolate Cocoa ~ Snowflake Cocoa~ aka Slow Cooker Cocoa

Snowman kit ready!

Nothing like cranberries and carrots and flat snowmen!

With the winter weather upon us it is that time of year for some nice, warm cocoa,

White Chocolate cocoa, that is...
( and the best part is, it is made in the slow cooker!)
White Chocolate Cocoa
from Allrecipes.com

  • 2 C. whipping cream
  • 6 C. milk ( 1 1/2 quarts)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) pack white chocolate chips
  • Garnish optional, as desired, however you like it... : whipped cream, crushed candy canes, shaved milk chocolate, edible snowflakes, edible trees, whatever you like to spruce it up with!

Stir together whip cream, milk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occassionally until mix is hot and chocolate chips are melted.

* Loco Cocoa tip: I crank my heat up to high for about an hour then turn back down, but you may want to start out low on your slow cooker/crock pot to adjust for your heat!

Stir again before serving,

Then garnish with desired toppings and add a candy cane to stir it all up!!! Be festive and enjoy!!!

So, throw some chocolate chips and cream in the slow cooker while you go sleigh riding and it will be hot and ready when you are done enjoying the outside! Just pour and drink to warm up!

Until next time,

Happy mixing!
